Dr. Kweku Ainuson is a lecturer at the School of law, University of Ghana where he teaches Naturals Resources Law, Company Law, and Commercial Law. At the University of Ghana, Dr. Ainuson is one of the lead facilitators for the Executive Short Course in Mining Law and Policy for Sustainable Development. Dr. Kweku Ainuson was previously an Assistant Professor at Mississippi State University in Starkville Mississippi, USA. He has published articles in some leading peer-reviewed journals in the world.
Dr. Ainuson is also a Partner at the law firm AB Lexmall & Associates where his practice focuses on Corporate, Commercial and Natural Resource Law. He is a seasoned litigator and has argued some important cases in Ghana. He was the first to argue and obtain an order from the High Court in Ghana to serve court processes through WhatsApp application and facebook page.
Dr. Ainuson went to Mfantsipim School, Cape Coast. He has an LLB (Law) from University of Ghana, an LLM degree from the University of Georgia in the United States and an MPA and Ph.D. from Clemson University in South Carolina in the United States. Kweku has been a member of the Ghana Bar Association since 2003. He was registered as a member of the State of Georgia Bar (United States) in 2011 as a foreign law consultant. Kweku is also Nationally Accredited at the University of Western Australia as a Natural Resource Mediator.
